What's the difference between the plans?

Starter gives you a personal AI avatar with text and audio conversations. Professional adds 3 months of knowledge retention, Shopify, digital product sales and affiliate links. Business extends knowledge retention to 12 months and adds audience insights, advanced customization, auto-syncing knowledge base and a dedicated account manager.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly billing charges once per year at a discounted monthly rate. Starter drops from $29 to $19 per month, Professional from $99 to $69 and Business from $299 to $199. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from your billing settings.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings in one click and keep access through the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Can I switch plans later?

Up or down at any moment. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you never lose features you already paid for.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay on monthly and annual plans. Wire transfer is available for annual billing on Business and above.

What happens if I hit my plan limits?

We never cut you off mid-conversation. You get an alert at 80% usage, a soft pause at 100% with the option to upgrade in one click, and overages are billed only if you opt in.

14-day full refund on new annual plans, no questions asked. Monthly plans are not refunded after the first 7 days because the avatar has already trained on your content by then.
